Due to our lowest market price offerings, all sales of promotional or discounted products are final. These products are new and fully functional but offered at the lowest possible price during promotional periods. In order to be able to offer them at these competitive prices no returns on these products are accepted.
Only US based purchases of regularly priced products can be returned within 30 days starting from their purchase date. Return products must be in a new condition to be eligible for refunds. All fabrics and garments are custom cut for each order and are non-returnable. All other custom made products, such as: computer monitor screen shields are made to custom dimensions and therefore are non-returnable. Return product with special discounted distributor pricing are subject to 25% re-stocking fee that cover: our order preparing, processing cost and return product inspection and restocking fee and credit card fees for initial charge and refund.
ALL PRODUCT RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED BEFORE SHIPMENT!
Authorized return product should be shipped to the address listed below – all customers are responsible for shipping costs and insurance (should you choose to insure return products to prevent any loose and damage), unless otherwise agreed by FilterEMF.
Orders delivered to the customer but refused by the customer without authorization and legitimate reason are subject to additional charges. The amount of these charges will be subtracted from the final refund upon receipt of the products. Shipping cost and credit card processing fee are such charges. Additional charges may occur if the returned products are not in a new like condition or have been damaged.

For regularly priced products returns apply only for continental USA – 25% restocking fee may apply based on products condition. The 25% Restocking fee applies automatically to all cut fabric regardless of returned fabric condition. Shipping costs are not refundable. Return shipping costs are customers responsibility.
All international sales and sales to states outside continental USA are final – this means no product returns are accepted – based on our experience international returns are too complicated and too expensive both for customers and us.
IMPORTANT! ALL international customers are responsible for any Boarder and Customs Fee of their own country. This is an international industry standard. In addition, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages to international destinations. We only provide shipping company’s tracking information within the US, ones your package is outside the US we do not have any control over availability of tracking information on foreign territory. We are not responsible for lost packages outside the US. It is customer’s responsibility to track them in their own country. Customers wishing to insure their packages, need to purchase separate insurance policy. International shipping costs are non-refundable.
